How do we charge?
No monthly fee or commitment. For every shipment you see the VAT-included price before creating the label.
What determines the price?
The price is calculated from the carrier tariff based on the origin and destination zone and the chargeable weight. Carriers can price the same package differently, which is why we show them side by side.
Desi and chargeable weight
Desi = width (cm) × length (cm) × height (cm) ÷ 3000
The chargeable weight is the larger of the package's desi and its actual weight. See the desi page for details and a calculator. Desi calculator
VAT
Prices on the site and in the panel include VAT. The amount excluding VAT and the VAT amount are shown separately, and the invoice follows this breakdown.
No hidden fees
Membership, labels and tracking are free. What you pay is the price you saw before shipping; only the desi difference case above may add an amount.

Desi difference policy (summary)
- If the carrier measures the package larger than you declared, the difference is calculated against the shipment price and applied to your account.
- We notify you when a difference arises; you can object within 7 days with your reasoning and photos if any.
- If you do not object, the amount is deducted from your balance at the end of the period. If the balance is not enough you do not go negative; new shipments cannot be created until the debt is paid.
- If the carrier measures the package smaller than declared, the difference is not refunded.
