How it works

  1. 1Get your API key and secret from the Trendyol seller panel.
  2. 2Note your seller ID (supplierId).
  3. 3In the exKargo panel choose Integrations > Trendyol.
  4. 4Enter the seller ID, API key and secret.
  5. 5Test the connection; orders sync.

Enter the API details of your Trendyol seller account; orders are listed in the panel, you ship with the best carrier and pass the tracking info back to Trendyol.

PTT Kargo is the parcel service of PTT and uses its nationwide branch network. On exKargo you can calculate the price and manage the shipment from one panel.

Can I ship Trendyol orders with PTT Kargo?

Yes. Connect your Trendyol store to exKargo, select the order and choose PTT Kargo in the price comparison. The tracking number is written back to your store.

Do marketplace shipping rules apply?

The marketplace's own shipping and delivery rules apply; exKargo does not change them. You see a warning in the panel if an order has restrictions.

Are there package limits for PTT Kargo?

Yes, the carrier has size and weight limits. For packages over the limit, the calculator greys out the option with the reason.
