How it works

  1. 1Get your API key and secret from the Trendyol seller panel.
  2. 2Note your seller ID (supplierId).
  3. 3In the exKargo panel choose Integrations > Trendyol.
  4. 4Enter the seller ID, API key and secret.
  5. 5Test the connection; orders sync.

Enter the API details of your Trendyol seller account; orders are listed in the panel, you ship with the best carrier and pass the tracking info back to Trendyol.

Can I ship Trendyol orders with HepsiJET?

Yes. Connect your Trendyol store to exKargo, select the order and choose HepsiJET in the price comparison. The tracking number is written back to your store.

Do marketplace shipping rules apply?

The marketplace's own shipping and delivery rules apply; exKargo does not change them. You see a warning in the panel if an order has restrictions.

Do I need a contract with HepsiJET?

No. Use your exKargo account to see prices and create the shipment; no separate carrier contract is needed.
