How it works

  1. 1In the exKargo panel choose Integrations > İdeasoft.
  2. 2Enter your store address (mystore.myideasoft.com).
  3. 3Allow access on the İdeasoft screen that opens.
  4. 4Once connected, orders sync.
  5. 5You can define an automatic shipping rule.

Authorize your İdeasoft store to connect it to exKargo; manage orders from the panel and prepare labels in bulk.

PTT Kargo is the parcel service of PTT and uses its nationwide branch network. On exKargo you can calculate the price and manage the shipment from one panel.

Can I ship İdeasoft orders with PTT Kargo?

Yes. Connect your İdeasoft store to exKargo, select the order and choose PTT Kargo in the price comparison. The tracking number is written back to your store.

Can I remove the connection later?

Yes. You can remove it any time on the Integrations page; your existing shipments are not affected.

Are there package limits for PTT Kargo?

Yes, the carrier has size and weight limits. For packages over the limit, the calculator greys out the option with the reason.
